(I) The log-in credentials You are using for access to the applicable PrimeRevenue application (the “Application”) are to be used solely by You.
(II) You represent and warrant to PrimeRevenue that You are the person to whom those log-in credentials were issued by PrimeRevenue, and you acknowledge that Your access may be suspended or denied if our security protocols (outlined in the
Privacy Policy) indicate that Your credentials are being used by a person other than You.
(III) The information contained in the Application is confidential and You agree not to disclose, orally or in writing, to any third party such confidential information without the prior written consent of PrimeRevenue.
